PRIM system

PRIM horizontal anchor system is a C-class anchoring system in accordance with ČSN EN 795 and it is available in two variations: PRIM I and PRIM II.

It is a standard active securing system for anchoring more people by means of personal protective equipment against falls from height.

PRIM horizontal anchor system is designed to be used for securing up to three people at the same time with the possibility of adjusting it up to five people.

This securing system consists of a horizontal line of stainless steel rope with 8 mm in diameter, a fall arrester and a stretcher. The rope is attached to a rigid construction by means of anchoring components placed on support columns or directly on rigid constructions of halls or buildings. The maximum length of the system is not limited. Systems with the length of a rope over 15 m are equipped with continuous anchoring elements which provide support of the rope against a large sag. It is necessary to move a connecting snap hook lead along the cable manually over these continuous anchoring elements without the need to disengage a snap hook from the cable. Steel cable is tightened by force of 80 daN. This system is suitable for dusty indoor areas or outdoors.

DUO system

DUO horizontal anchor system is a C-class anchor system in accordance with ČSN EN 795. It is almost the same active securing system as PRIM system. A rope is attached to a rigid construction frame by means of the same anchoring elements placed on support columns or directly on solid construction frames of halls and buildings.

Contrary to PRIM system, anchoring elements of DOU allow fluent and continuous passing of a rope slider. This system is suitable for manufacturing halls or buildings facades.

PROLINER system

PROLINER horizontal anchor system is a C-class anchor system in accordance with ČSN EN 795.

PROLINER is a two-cable securing system with a wheel rider, for anchoring of maximum of 3 people by means of personal protective equipment against falls from height.

PROLINER horizontal anchor system consists of double horizontal line made of stainless steel rope with the diameter of 8 mm, two fall absorbers and stretchers. The rope is attached to a rigid construction frame by means of anchoring components placed on support columns or directly on rigid construction frames of halls or buildings. This system is suitable for long and straight lines, e. g. for manufacturing halls, or rail vehicles garages.  The maximum length of this system is not limited. Steel rope is tightened by force of 80 - 100 daN.

B. Rail systems

MARAN system

MARAN horizontal anchor system is a D-class anchor system in accordance with ČSN EN 795.

MARAN is a railing securing system with a wheel rider (with the possibility of locking), for securing up to two people by means of retractable fall restrainers and recommended personal protective equipment against falls from height.

MARAN horizontal anchoring system consists of a leading duralumin profile with handles attached to the walls or ceilings of buildings with a wide range of shapes with the length of routes which is not limited.

TRASER system

TRASER horizontal anchor system is a D-class anchor system in accordance with ČSN EN 795.

TRASER is a railing securing system with a bearing rider (inside C profile), for securing up to three people by means of retractable fall restrainers of and recommended personal protective equipment against falls from height.
TRASER horizontal anchor system consists of a leading half-closed steel (C) profile in lattice embodiment with handles on walls or ceilings of buildings in straight routes of unlimited length.
